In depth

Attraction and employee branding

A multi-site programme built in three parallel streams — operational, information and strategy — so that findings from a live recruitment campaign fed straight back into the strategy being written.

OPERATIONAL

Culture workshops with a cross-section of the workforce. Roles profiled against the available labour market in each catchment. Campaigns run under test-marketing conditions, then measured, benchmarked and rebuilt on what was learned.

INFORMATION

Situation analysis across corporate goals, policies, job profiles, induction and internal and external collateral. Demographic profiling of each site's catchment. Findings aligned with HR's own initiatives rather than delivered alongside them.

STRATEGY

Industry practice reviewed, culture and values mapped against business objectives, and a creative brief for an employee brand written with HR and internal communications. Closing with a site-by-site attraction strategy, implementation plan and budget.

84%

Overall reduction in recruitment costs at Budget Insurance, with a 30% increase in retention.

“Caxton Bell have developed a detailed understanding of our business in a very short space of time. The value they provide far outweighs their fee and as a result I have used them on several business-critical projects.”
